In the Scottish hills, a “bothy” is a simple shelter left unlocked for any traveller who needs a rest — no booking, no fuss, just a door that's always open.
We wanted to bring that same spirit to Doune. Boho Coffee Bothy opened as a small, independent spot to slow down, warm up, and get a genuinely good cup of coffee — whether you've just come off the West Highland Way or you're grabbing a flat white between errands.
Everything is made in-house, from our morning bakes to our seasonal syrups, and we work with small UK roasters who treat coffee as a craft, not a commodity.
